In the recent Monte Carlo e-rally, a Tesla Roadster ran for 241 miles on a single battery charge, proving that the range on electric vehicles is not limited. If the numbers are correct, the Tesla vehicle will hold the record for the longest distance covered by a production electric car on a single charge.
